I tried the Time For Lime Cake on page 306. Looking at the ingredients my hopes were not high on this one. It’s strange to me to see Great Northern beans and spinach! I wasn’t sure, but it’s LIME! I LOVE lime so I gave it a try and I’m glad I did! I was pleasantly surprised! I will make this again!
